Jeffreys is a program for antique malls and shops, and it's also a program for dealers who rent space in a mall or shop. There are two versions of Jeffreys for dealers. One version is free and the other is a paid for version.
If an antique mall or shop is using Jeffreys to manage their business, any dealer in that mall is able to access their sales and financial information any time of the day or night. If you are a dealer in an antique mall / shop which uses Jeffreys to manage their business, and all you want to do is to use the features in Jeffreys that allow you to access your sales and financial information in that mall, you won't be required to pay for Jeffreys. It will be free to you. However, keep in mind that your mall / shop may charge you a small fee to access your data. That is at the discretion of each mall. But, the cost of you using Jeffreys this way is nothing. It is free.
As mentioned, the free version of Jeffreys allows you to access your sales in any mall / shop which is using Jeffreys. There is a paid version of Jeffreys containing many additional features you might find useful:
The paid version of Jeffreys is $69 per year. You can choose to renew, or not, each year. You will be billed via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, PayPal simply acts as a credit card processing company.
